Sentinel Films is a company ready to explode.  We have so many ideas for future projects that we are skeptical we will be able to complete all of them before the sun sets. Perhaps it will be left to the second generation of Sentinel Films. There are many short film ideas as well as full length films that are still little more than thoughts on pieces of paper, but which will one day reach our audience through a movie screen. Here are just a few of those ideas.

People say Alinson has a gift.  He is known throughout his town as being the best gambler people have ever known. Everyone looks up to him for his uncanny ability to pick winners.  But Alinson knows his “gift” isn’t always what it seems, and when one of his close friends, Carlito, ends up in the hospital after an altercation in one of the gambling houses, it re-enforces Alinson's belief that his gift has negative consequences. He swears he will never gamble again. But when the hospital tells Alinson they won’t perform a life saving operation on Carlito without a down payment, one which costs more then Alinson can get on his own, he might have no other choice but to go back to what he does best.

Inspired by a true story, Collision Course is about a young man who had the misfortune of being in the wrong place at the wrong time.  After trying to do the right thing, breaking up a late-night altercation, Michael finds himself with his back against the wall while his friends do what they can to help the situation.

Luis, Jimmy and Mo are good friends who also happen to be petty criminals. They make a meager living by robbing liquor stores and gas stations. But Luis has a secret that the other two don't know, and it's about to make things a lot more interesting. After Luis gambled away a two million dollar loan a couple years ago, the thugs who loaned it to him are coming to get it. Now Luis needs to rely on the instincts of his friends - who need to think fast and come up with the money in two weeks.
